Document Design Officer

Create and design TV user manuals for world wide destination
Liase and work with TV designers , HQ members , production plants, and sales companies
Coordinate translation into other languages
Work with and monitor desktop publishing and printing vendors

Requirements
Good command and spoken and written English ( Mandarin and Japanese ) would be an added advantage
Knowledge of softwares such as adobe framework, acrobat etc would be and added advantage
Independent self motivated and able to interact with personnel at all levels


Clerk PD

To process technical documents
Liase with related departments eg HR finance and purchasing
Coordinate / Attend meetings (Department meeting, salary meeting, attendance meetings)
To prepare and process purchase order / purchase request, sanction, attendance summary
To take in charge of stationary order inventory
Parts approval documentation

Requirements
STPM / Diploma in any area
Able to speak in malay and english
Basic Microsoft office skills Excel, word, power point


Procurement Officer
Buyer in charge for monthly E-cubic checking
Buyer in charge for monthly forecast capacity checking
Buyer in charge of electrical parts
Monthly support for supplier seihan meetings
